    After speaking with the Mr. Daniel (General Manager), about this matter(s), he took care of everything, and remade each meal for me. And, after multiple visit in between reviews, it seems they have improved with consistent good food and good Customer Service.

    I'm in line as I write this. I just don't understand why the wait is always so long?! It never fails- no matter what day of the week, what time of day- you can count on waiting about 20 minutes. Tonight I think we are going to hit the 30 minute mark. It's not like they have a super varied menu, so I just fail to understand. This store is THE WORST.
